VI.P courses at the CONGUSTO culinary school in Milan!
VI.P, the Val Venosta association of co-operatives, will sponsor the prestigious CONGUSTO culinary school in Milan from the end of January and will offer six free cookery courses as part of this collaboration which focus on the unique quality and special taste of Val Venosta apples.
VI.P, the Val Venosta association of co-operatives, which has always distinguished itself for the quality of its products, respect for nature and a balance between tradition and innovation, starts the new year with an initiative for upgrading and promoting its main product: the apple.
Thanks to the precious collaboration with CONGUSTO, a renowned Milanese culinary school, VI.P can offer six free cookery courses at monthly intervals with Val Venosta apples being the main ingredient of complete menus, creative recipes and delicious taste combinations.

"Thanks to the precious collaboration with the chefs of CONGUSTO, the participants will learn about the particularities of the various Val Venosta apple varieties in a culinary journey which ranges from classical dishes to odd taste combinations and offers simple and fast as well as exquisite recipes. Every course unit – offered by our association and therefore completely free for its participants – will focus on one of the Val Venosta apple varieties – e.g. Golden Delicious, Stark, Gala, Pinova and the organic BIO Golden – in order to offer an overall picture of this unique fruit.
