New cookery courses with Val Venosta apples
After the big success of the last months Congusto and Val Venosta apples organize new free cookery courses for discovering and appreciating the versatility of the delicious Val Venosta apples.
After the big success of the last months the “delightful” initiative of VI.P, the Val Venosta association of co-operatives, and the valued collaboration with Congusto, a culinary school characterized by its own philosophy of taste, is going to continue.
The Milanese culinary school will organize new cookery courses of three hours that are completely free for the participants. These will be unique occasions for discovering the taste and versatility of Val Venosta apples. The courses will include the preparation of sweets as well as of cold and warm starters, main dishes and side dishes. Thanks to the precious collaboration with the chefs of Congusto, the participants will learn about the particularities of the various Val Venosta apple varieties in a culinary journey which ranges from classical dishes to odd taste combinations and offers simple and fast as well as exquisite recipes.
Every course unit will focus on one of the Val Venosta apple varieties – e.g. Golden Delicious, Stark, Gala and Pinova – and therefore highlight the characteristics of each variety with regard to taste and seasonality.
