Origin: Belgium, cross between Gala and Braeburn.

Fruit: Red colour, compact pulp, balanced sugar-acid relationship.

Taste: Very crunchy, juicy, sweetish-aciduous, refreshing.

Ripening: mid-end September

Marketing season: from Dezember to July

Recommendation: Ideal for appe cakes and compote.
