Apricot nectar

Wash apricots, remove the stones and cut into pieces (not too small).
Put them into a large pot und cover with water. Heat and boil for app.
10 minutes, then strain. Add water, if necessary. Add 250 g sugar per
litre of nectar and puree with an immersion blender. Bring to the boil
again, fill hot into preheated bottles and close them immediately.
