- Strengthen the body’s defence

Tea made of apple peels is good for insomnia. Boil dried apple peels with water, sweeten with honey and drink 2 - 3 cups before bedtime.
- Removing mucous congestion
We suggest the following beverage for removing mucous congestion: mix the juice of an apple and the juice of a lemon with the double amount of water and sweeten with a tablespoon of honey.
- Constipation
A fig cure is good for constipation. In the evening, put the figs into a glass of water and then eat the figs and drink the glass of water in the morning. Baked apples and honey also help.
