According to Regulation EC/178/2002 there are legal requirements for traceability regarding all those who are involved in the production and supply chains: every single processing phase of the value chain has to be documented. 

For us, traceability is the possibility of tracing back our products in all production, processing and delivery phases including orchards, delivery to the cooperative, storage, sorting, packaging, distribution and shelves. Reliant information and documentation systems are for us a precondition for an efficient traceability system.

As we can guarantee complete traceability we can increase both the transparency for our partners and the safety for our consumers. Thanks to our traceability system we can at all times determine the origin of our products and therefore offer safe products.
