Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

A 100% healthy and nutrient dish

Ingredients

for 2 persons

2 Jonagold apples
2 bananas
250 g plain yoghurt
150 ml almond milk
70 g oat flakes
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. beetroot powder
2 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 vanilla pod

for decorating

½ Jonagold apple cut into slices
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
Edible flowers

Preparation

Peel fruit and cut into small pieces. Put yoghurt, milk, oat flakes and chia seeds in the mixer. Add cut fruit, beetroot powder, cinnamon and vanilla pulp (split the vanilla pod and scrape the pulp out with a knife).
Mix until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie into bowls.
Garnish with apple slices, pomegranate seeds, chia seeds and edible flowers and sweeten with honey to taste.
