Ingredients

6 Val Venosta apples
80 g semi-sweet chocolate
Toppings of your choice (sprinkles, chopped nuts, etc.)
Popsicle sticks

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a water bath (bain marie). Wash the apples and remove the apple core.
Cut the apples in 6 similar slices. Insert a popsicle stick in every apple slice. Dip the apple slices in the melted chocolate. Place the dipped apple pop on a baking sheet. Top the apple pops with the topping of your choice.
Place into the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
