Peel apples, cut into pieces and mix with ginger, plums and raisins. Mix with a hand-held blender until you get a homogeneous puree. Put puree, oat flakes, oat flour and 200 g of chopped almonds into a bowl and mix to a dough.
Press the dough into a rectangular baking tin covered with baking paper. Wash strawberries and cut into pieces. Mix 500 g of strawberries with the yoghurt and distribute on the dough.
Decorate with the remaining strawberries and chopped almonds and put into the freezer for at least two hours.
Then cut into regular bars. Wait about 15 minutes before serving or defrost the bars for 30-60 seconds in the microwave. The bars can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.

ANAGRAMMA
We are Ambra and Tea, life explorers, coffee lovers and adventures seekers. We are sisters and there’s a timeless connection between us: we have the same origins, we grew up together and we know each other even better than ourselves.

We share our daily rituals, domestic spaces and cooking experiments. The places we discover during our trips inspire us as much as the people we meet during the adventure. Our home is the place where people can come together and gathering around our table, in order to share experiences, cultures and opinions with us. Living with intention, telling stories, matching colors, collecting memories, gathering, exploring cooking art, taking photos, getting inspired all the time. Our blog is the combination of all these elements: like an anagram, we can change their order and find the way they fit perfectly with our imperfect souls.
