Vegan pancakes

with Golden Delicious

A comfort food that you can calmly and simply enjoy in bed. Our vegan pancakes are the ideal breakfast during the cold season if you want to start your day tastefully and healthily.

Ingredients

for 6/8 pancakes

300 g Kamut flour
A pinch of sodium bicarbonate
400 ml water
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil

for the apples

1 Golden Delicious 
Juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. pine nuts
1 heaping tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. honey
blueberries

Preparation

Roughly mix flour, bicarbonate, water, honey and oil in a bowl (there should still be lumps in the dough).
Heat a little bit of olive oil in a non-stick pan, add two tablespoons of dough for each pancake and fry for about 1 minute per side.
Soak raisins in 2 tablespoons of water.

Cut the apple into small cubes, put them in a bowl and add lemon juice, raisins with their water, pine nuts, cinnamon and honey. Let cook for about 4 minutes.
Finish the pancakes with apples and blueberries.
