Nice Cream

with Apricots, Mango and Banana

Apricots in combination with frozen bananas and coconut make this a real summer treat that we are sure you’ll love as much as we do!

Ingredients

10 apricots (stoned)
1 mango (stoned and peeled)
1 banana (peeled)
2 tbsp coconut milk
1,5 tbsp agave syrup

Preparation

8-12 Hours before: put the coconut milk in the fridge and the fruit (sliced) in the freezer.
Blend all the ingredients until creamy. During the process, scrape down the sides of the blender bowl, as needed.
Top with maple syrup, almonds, coconut flakes and fresh fruit.
