Apricots

The delicate provocateurs of the palate

The delicate fruits with soft shell and hard core love the temperate and dry weather of the highlands of Venosta Valley. That is why they can develop their unique aroma especially well there, and as they have an extra dose of beta-carotene they also ensure good vision, healthy skin and a strong defence against infections.
