A quick and easy dessert

These Apple Cinnamon Croissants are delicious, taste like Apple Pie and are so easy to make!

1 pack of puff pastry
1 apple Golden Delicious Val Venosta
100 g almonds
brown sugar
1 egg
Print recipe


Roll out the puff pastry and cut the pastry into 12 long triangles. Mix together the cinnamon, the sugar and the chopped almonds and sprinkle on a bit on each triangle.
Cut the apple into 12 slices. Add an apple slice to the wider end of each triangle and roll up the pastry.
Whisk together the egg and then brush on the mixture on each croissant. Bake for 20min at 210°C.
