Salty galette with Golden Delicious apples and bacon

This salty galette is a delicious dish that is easy and fast to prepare and an ideal appetizer or cold starter able to suit every palate. The crunchiness and sweetness of Golden Delicious apples perfectly harmonize with the stronger taste of bacon and ricotta cheese. Ingredients
for the short pastry
350 g flour
150 g butter
2 eggs
Salt
for the filling
400 g fresh ricotta cheese
1 egg
Salt and pepper
100 g bacon, sliced
3 Golden Delicious apples
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 yolk for brushing
Various seeds for decorating

Preparation
Knead all ingredients for the short pastry to a smooth dough.
Put it into a bowl and let rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
For the filling mix ricotta with egg, Parmesan cheese, bacon cut into small pieces, salt and pepper and add apples cubes.
Close the galette, brush the edges with yolk and sprinkle with seeds. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
