My story

Laces is located in the middle of the fertile, southern sun-kissed valley floor of the Val Venosta. This is where Roland Höllrigl runs Rapphof farm. He took it over from his ancestors who go back generations in farming. "For me, variety is what makes this a vocation instead of just a job." At the end of the 1970s, the old apricot trees and traditional livestock gave way to young apple plantings. Roland is an experienced fruit grower who completed his education at the South Tyrol technical college for fruit production, viticulture and horticulture. Since 2011 he has been following strict organic guidelines. Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Gala and Kanzi all flourish on the Rapphof farm. The reason for the conversion was simple: health – his own and that of others. "Organics produce is really healthily, in a way which is close to nature."

The Val Venosta resistant
The Pinova with its red vermilion-red skin is a typical apple of Val Venosta. Not only is it colourful, it also has a very balanced flavour. Thanks to its long durability, it offers you unlimited fruit enjoyment until the summer season.
