Our Val Venosta farmers put a great deal of experience, care and hands-on work into growing apples. Depending on the farm and cultivation method, the apples are produced in accordance with the respective guidelines for integrated or organic production. From tending the orchards through to harvest, our farmers care for the fruit with great dedication.

Integrated production

Our Val Venosta apples are produced in accordance with the guidelines for integrated production. Our farmers follow these guidelines in their cultivation practices and tend to the apples with experience and care, from cultivation through to harvest.

Biological production

Our organic apples are produced in accordance with the applicable EU regulations for organic farming. Depending on the farm, the cultivation guidelines of the organic associations Bioland or Demeter also apply. Our farmers thus follow clearly defined guidelines for organic apple growing.

Every orchard is different

Apple producer Felix Telser from Val Venosta has three apple orchards that are completely different from each other. When Felix visits the family-owned apple orchards with his father Reinhard, he intuitively and unconsciously starts to draw comparisons.
