Quick to prepare and simply gorgeous. Our clafoutis with apricots and raspberries is easy, delicious and can be prepared in a very short time! It’s ideal in case of unexpected guests or if you have a craving for something sweet but wouldn’t like to spend hours in the kitchen: you just need 15 minutes and then the oven will do the rest. Our soft and fragrant clafoutis will seduce you from the first bite!

Ingredients

for 8 persons

115 g whole milk
100 g sugar
60 g flour 00
3 eggs (room temperature)
Zest of 1 lemon
6 apricots
120 g raspberries
Powdered sugar

Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk in a bowl.
Add milk, lemon zest and sieved flour and mix well to get a smooth mixture free of lumps.
Butter a round ceramic mold and put apricots cut into pieces and raspberries inside. Cover with the mixture and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
