Golden Smoothie Bowl

Fresh and creamy to get your fill of vitamins

The early bird catches the worm – our smoothie bowl with Golden Delicious apples from Val Venosta, mango and banana is fresh and creamy with exotic notes to get your fill of vitamins for a perfect start of the day.

for 2 persons

1 Golden Delicious apple
1 banana
1 mango
125 g Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)
60 ml coconut milk (or another vegetal milk)
1 tsp. curcuma
Maple syrup (or honey)

for garnishing
Sesame seeds (or other seeds)

Cut the fruit into cubes, put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and freeze for about 2 hours or until frozen.
Put the frozen fruit with yogurt, coconut milk and curcuma into the mixer and sweeten with maple syrup to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Garnish the smoothie with fresh strawberries, granola and sesame seeds and serve.

La Petite Xuyen
Her real name is ThiKim Xuyến (which means bracelet in Vietnamese), but everybody calls her Giovanna, which is much easier to pronounce. Giovanna was born in Vietnam, but has lived in Italy in Milan since the age of 2. She grew up with spring rolls, noodles, phở and curry, but dreamt of lasagna and Milanese cutlet.
