Pinova apple and rocket salad
A mix of aromas
The bitter and strong aftertaste of rocket salad meets the juicy, crunchy and delicately sweet-acidulous Pinova apple. Mixed seeds, walnuts and Parmesan slivers make this salad even more special.

for 2 persons
80 g rocket salad
2 Pinova apples
40 g red cabbage
6 walnuts
Parmesan slivers
Mixed seeds (linseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds)
4 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin
2 tbsp. apple vinegar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper (if you desire)
80 g rocket salad
2 Pinova apples
40 g red cabbage
6 walnuts
Parmesan slivers
Mixed seeds (linseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds)
4 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin
2 tbsp. apple vinegar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper (if you desire)
Preparation
Wash apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Cut red cabbage into thin strips.
Put rocket salad and cabbage strips into a large bowl. Add apples, Parmesan slivers, mixed seeds and walnuts.
Season with a vinaigrette made of olive oil extra virgin, apple vinegar, salt and a pinch of pepper if you want.
