Apricot nectar

An aromatic thirst quencher with vitamins

All the taste of delicious Val Venosta apricots to drink.

Wash apricots, remove the stones and cut into pieces (not too small). Put them into a large pot und cover with water. Heat and boil for app.
10 minutes, then strain. Add water, if necessary. Add 250 g sugar per liter of nectar and puree with an immersion blender. Bring to the boil again, fill hot into preheated bottles and close them immediately.
