Cherry and Plum Smoothie

Sweet plums and Val Venosta cherries come together with lemon and ginger for a slightly warming but overall refreshing dairy-fee smoothie.

2 plums
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. sugar
peeled ginger

Mix ten Val Venosta cherries with two plums, add two teaspoons of sugar, the juice of one lemon and a small piece of peeled ginger. Add a few ice cubes and mix until the ice has dissolved. Pour into a classic Old Fashioned glass.
