This toast will satisfy even the most pampered palates. If you like a sweet breakfast with a salty aftertaste, then this toast is the one for you.

for 2 persons

2 Golden Delicious apples
2 slices of rye bread (or the one you prefer)
80 g sheep ricotta
Black pepper
Rosemary blossoms for decorating
Honey (to taste)

Slightly toast the bread slices in a pan. Spread the bread slices with ricotta. Cut the apples into thin slices and distribute on the toast. Add rosemary and a little bit of pepper. Decorate with rosemary blossoms or other flowers.

Add some honey for an even sweeter aftertaste and serve.
