Fruity summer cocktail with strawberries from Val Venosta
Sweet strawberries from Val Venosta, sparkling ginger ale, a shot of Aperol and red vermouth: The bright red color of this fruity, fizzy cocktail puts in a good mood. Ideal as an aperitif on balmy summer evenings.

4 cl Aperol
2 cl red vermouth
Strawberry puree of approx. 3 strawberries from Val Venosta
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl strawberry syrup or sugar syrup
Ginger ale
4 cl Aperol
2 cl red vermouth

Preparation
Put all ingredients, except the ginger ale, in a cocktail shaker and mix well. Then fill up with ginger ale, garnish with Val Venosta strawberries and serve.
