with apples and avocado

An easy but refined dish

A delicious cold starter where the smoked salmon aroma is dampened by the sweetness of Jonagold apples, the softness of avocado and the distinctive taste of whole-grain mustard.

1 Jonagold apple
1 avocado
100 g smoked salmon
Whole-grain mustard
Lemon juice

Peel apple and avocado and cut into cubes. Put both in a bowl and sprinkle with a little bit of lemon juice. Add whole-grain mustard and mix well.
Distribute the mixture on the salmon slices. Form rolls and tie them with chive strands.
Your cold starter is ready!
