200 g strawberries
100 g bananas
40 g maple syrup

for the topping
1 Granny Smith apple Val Venosta
1 banana
50 g strawberries
10 g goji berries
20 g almonds

Preparation

For the smoothie bowl: Mix yogurt with maple syrup, half a Granny Smith apple, strawberries and bananas (previously washed and cut into pieces).
