A refreshing cocktail with strawberry and apple flavors

The sweet and fruity aromas of strawberries and apples from Val Venosta are surprisingly combined with spicy thyme and sparkling Prosecco: Celebrate the summer with this fizzy and refreshing cocktail!

1 cl Gala apple brandy (produced by Marinushof)
5 cl apple juice (produced by Moarhof)
Juice of half a lime
2 cl sugar syrup
Prosecco (to fill up)
Strawberries from Val Venosta
Ice cubes

Lightly pestle the strawberries and thyme to release the flavor. Then put the apple brandy, lime juice, sugar syrup and apple juice in a glass and add the strawberries and thyme. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add Prosecco. Stir gently and serve immediately.
